we take no responsiblity/liability for damage, injury or loss of any kind that you may incur riding bulls using any bull rope/equipment regardless of style purchased from or given to you from jwebullropes. placing one of our custom or inventory bull ropes on any animal or bucking machine no matter what size/style of rope is fully at your risk and responsibility. Bull riding is a dangerous sport in that I am not responsible for damages or injury's you suffer from getting on. Just as you dont share your winnings with me I wont share your losses with you. If you dont agree with any of my terms on this gaurantee then you should buy your rope elsewhere. Not reading our gaurantee does not relieve you from this warning, it is your responsibillity to know what your equipment can or can not do for you as you should research your equipment and it's abilities before hand, dont blame the braider if you or your young bull rider get hurt while riding calfs, steers, bulls or even simply falling off any kind practice machine/barrel/animal while using one of our ropes or any equipment made here at jwebullropes as sold/given to you including but not limited to any style quick release built into any bull rope. The decision to ride rough stock is ultimately your choice and you must accept any results of your actions as yours alone

All our bull ropes come with a 7 day money back or replacement gaurantee. Send it back unused for a refund if you dont like your new rope, I'll pay the shipping on the replacement if I build another rope for you. I do my very best to build the best bull rope I can but if you think I missed something or it didnt come out to suite you just let me know right away.
Gaurantee is 7 day's from when USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking shows you received your bullrope. If you have a problem with a rope I made for you just give me a call and I will take care of it asap. The rope can only be exchanged or refunded in unused condition only! If you ride a bull with it or even rosin up the handle and then change your mind I wont take it back, you can fit it up on your barrel or bucking machine to check for fit on the handle. Dont rosin up any part of the bull rope if your going to send it back. It's only rope and leather, please dont abuse your rope. Take care of it and it will last a long time. If you try to deliberately force the handle to roll while your buddy holds on to it just to see if you can make the handle roll up I will consider that abuse so if you send back a rope that looks like you've been trying to make it do strange things it wasnt meant to do, guess what? NO REFUND! If you think the rope is not right please give me a call for the return shipping info then send it back unused and I'll build you a different rope or refund the purchase price less shipping once I've received the returned bull rope, I want it back in good condition so I can relist it for sale. If you've ridden with the rope then feel you need something different I'll work with you on it but please dont ask me to make you another bull rope for free. In that case I will consider you a return customer and I'll offer you a 10% discount on the replacement rope, this is the same offer all my return customers get if they ask for it when ordering their next bull rope
Update to the gaurantee page
5 plait soft or mushy tails are built to your specification when you ordered your bull rope and are not covered for replacement if your bull rope tail gets cut or strands get ripped out because you hung a spur or anything else in that soft or mushy braid. Dont expect me to build you a free bull rope if this happens to your rope, re read the gaurantee and understand that once you place this rope on any animal for any reason the gaurantee comes to an end and is void, I will not replace a bull rope that has been ridden with. I take no responsibillity for actions taken by you or others that cause damage to your bull rope of any kind, I also dont cover damage to your bull rope because your dog needed a chew toy, you used your new bull rope to tow your buddy to the gas station or you thought stretching your rope between two pickup's, from a tree/post and your pickup was how it's done and you broke the tail or pulled the riser loose doing so. You run a risk of pulling the handle slack down to tight if you over stretch the bull rope. If you dont agree with these conditions as stated then please order your bull rope from someone else!
Don't stretch your new rope with any method prior to the first ride, if you over stretch it you could cause breakage or destroy the handle riser and possibly pull the handle slack down too tight if done wrong. Please dont ask me how to stretch a bull rope either as these ropes are braided and laced tight and hard and we feel no need for any pre stretching. If you really think your new rope needs some pre stretching then hit the practice pen a few times with it and stretch it on a bull before you use it in competition.
I would like a call or email from you as soon as you receive your bull rope to let me know what you think of your purchase. If I dont hear from you I can only assume everything is good. Call me after the seven day's even if you have not used the rope or after you rode with it and then want something different you'll have to pay for a new rope.

I dont like having to be so tuff on the gaurantee but I've had too many bull riders and even a shyster/coniving parent or two take advantage wrongly or just flat ignore common sense. I do my best to be fair to everyone and try to offer a fair deal to all that order from me, I'll do all I can to build you the best rope possible and only ask you consider how the actions of a few have affected the rest and put me in a position to not be so trusting anymore. I "will not"ship any order until payment in full has been made as I've had more than a few bull riders and even a parent or two skip out on part or all of the payment owed, so please dont ask me to send you the rope and tell me the "check is in the mail"
Your bull rope will ship once the payment is in my hands. If you mailed your payment and it has not showed up you will have to start the tracking to find it as I am not responsible for lost mail of any kind, if that's the case dont blame me for not scheduling your rope build. After all, I'm in business to make bull ropes as a way to make a living just like any other business owner and must build the orders I've been paid for first. If your intent from the get go is to get a heavy discount or a free rope using unfair, unjust or just flat illegal methods then I dont need or want your business.
